Yunshang began with a simple wish: a qipao you could actually live in. We kept what makes it timeless — the mandarin collar, the pankou, the line — and let go of the stiffness, so it moves with you from a wedding to a weeknight.

Everything is made in limited runs by masters of the craft — hand-set collars, hand-knotted pankou, embroidery worked by hand. No logos, no trend cycles, just pieces you keep.

Pure silk, and nothing else.

We work only in pure mulberry silk — jacquard, satin, velvet and crepe — chosen for how it drapes, catches light and softens with wear. Each piece is made to be altered and kept, not replaced.
